  Ingredients

  • 4<\/span> large<\/span> Eggs<\/span> room temp.<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> tsp<\/span> Vanilla Extract<\/span><\/li>
  • 4<\/span> TB<\/span> Coconut Flour<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 \u00bd<\/span> tsp<\/span> Baking Powder<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> Tb<\/span> Granulated Sugar Substitute<\/span> I used Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> Tb<\/span> Butter<\/span> melted<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions

    • Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • In a different bowl, mix together the sugar, coconut flour, and baking powder.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Pour the batter into the waffle iron. Follow the measurements and instructions for your waffle iron. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes to cook the waffles….depending on your iron.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Top the waffles with your favorite toppings. <\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n
