  • 1\/2 <\/span> C<\/span> Walnuts<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> C<\/span> Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\/2 <\/span> C <\/span> Parmesan Cheese<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\/2 <\/span> c<\/span> Fresh Basil<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> Juiced Lemon<\/span><\/li>
  • Salt and Pepper<\/span> to taste<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions

    <\/div> <\/h3>

    • Place the roughly chopped garlic scapes in a food processor and pulse for 25 seconds.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add your walnuts and pulse for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the food processor.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil as the food processor is running for about 25 seconds. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add the parmesan cheese and pulse to incorporate the cheese into the pesto.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add the basil and lemon juice and pulse until desired consistency is reached. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
