The first ingredient to this simple 2 ingredient pulled pork recipe is the meat itself. I prefer a pork loin. This cut of pork has a beautiful fat cap along the top which gives you a nice amount of flavor added to the dish.

The Second Ingredient

The second ingredient to this 2 ingredient pulled pork recipe is the liquid. It my seem unconventional but it is a great way to add flavor. I use Soda! My favorite is Root Beer. Other choices that work great with this dish are Dr. Pepper, Cherry Cola, or Cream Soda.

The one of the greatest things about this recipe is the time it takes to make it. All you have to do is put your pork in a crock pot, fat cap up. Then add about 32 oz of your soda of choice. Put the lid on the crock pot and cook the pork loin on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours. The pork will be so incredibly tender and will be super easy to pull.
