¼tspSalt
¼tspGarlic Powder
¼tspOnion Powder
2Egg Whites
Instructions
Mix the dried ingredients. Break up any clumps in the almond flour.
Mix in the egg white.
Between 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll out the dough. I like my crackers super thin, but the thickness is really up to you.
Remove top sheet of parchment and cut the dough into crackers with a pizza cutter.
Place in a 325 degree oven. Bake for 10 minutes.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and GENTLY flip and separate the crackers. They will be hot so be careful. Place back in the oven for 5 mins.
The exact time that it takes to bake these crackers depends on the thickness. Be sure to keep and eye on them. When they are slightly golden and crisp, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Notes
NOTE- If the crackers get soggy, you can place them back into an over or a toaster oven to crisp them back up!
