Method
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
- Combine the Mayo, Parmesan cheese, Monterey/Cheddar cheese blend, Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder and Liquid Smoke together in my stand mixer.
- Add the Artichoke Hearts and Onion to the cheese mixture
- Finally add the Lambs Quarter to the mix and combine
- Place mixture in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or until golden on top
Notes
You can use spinach if you would like. Be sure you really wring out the greens of your choice really well. You don't want this dip to be soup!
