- Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
- In a different bowl, mix together the sugar, coconut flour, and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into the waffle iron. Follow the measurements and instructions for your waffle iron. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes to cook the waffles....depending on your iron.
- Top the waffles with your favorite toppings.
