Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 4 large Eggs room temp.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 TB Coconut Flour
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tb Granulated Sugar Substitute I used Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 Tb Butter melted

Equipment

  • Hand Mixer
  • Waffle Maker

Method
 

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
  2. In a different bowl, mix together the sugar, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  3. Pour the batter into the waffle iron. Follow the measurements and instructions for your waffle iron. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes to cook the waffles....depending on your iron.
  4. Top the waffles with your favorite toppings.
