Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 4 large Eggs room temp.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 TB Coconut Flour
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tb Granulated Sugar Substitute I used Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 Tb Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
  • In a different bowl, mix together the sugar, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  • Pour the batter into the waffle iron. Follow the measurements and instructions for your waffle iron. It will take approximately 2-3 minutes to cook the waffles....depending on your iron.
  • Top the waffles with your favorite toppings.
